Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (receiving, shipping, quality assurance) to meet 24/7 SLAs
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight shifts
- Generate performance reports and analytics for executive leadership review
- Lead crisis resolution for operational disruptions during non-business hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with night shift experience
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Hazmat handling credentials
- Proven track record of optimizing overnight logistics KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
