Responsibilities
- Oversee 50+ person night shift team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse workflows to achieve 99.5% order accuracy and 95% on-time delivery
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain zero-accident culture
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with day shift and remote stakeholders
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement data-driven process improvements
- Manage inventory controls and reconciliation systems
- Lead crisis response during operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Proven expertise in WMS systems (Manhattan, Blue Yonder preferred)
- OSHA 30 certification and hazardous materials handling experience
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Strong conflict resolution and team motivation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
