Responsibilities
- Oversee 24/7 warehouse operations during night shifts, ensuring optimal productivity and compliance
- Manage team of 15+ staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate with day shift managers for seamless handovers and inventory accuracy
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Monitor KPIs including order fulfillment rates, error margins, and equipment uptime
- Resolve operational escalations and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in warehouse management with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Proven experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership capabilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Forklift certification required
