Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift operations across departments including logistics, IT support, and customer service
- Manage and mentor 15+ night shift staff, including performance reviews and conflict resolution
- Develop/implement SOPs for after-hours workflows and emergency protocols
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
- Coordinate with international teams and day-shift management for seamless handovers
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and corporate security standards
- Prepare executive reports highlighting operational metrics and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate operations with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing after-hour workflows and reducing operational costs
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong crisis management skills with experience handling off-hour emergencies
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
