Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift personnel across warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment departments
- Implement and optimize operational protocols to ensure 99.9% on-time delivery metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with day-shift counterparts for seamless transitions
- Conduct daily performance reviews and implement corrective action plans
- Manage inventory control systems and ensure OSHA compliance standards
- Drive process improvements using lean methodologies and KPI analysis
- Act as primary emergency contact for overnight operational incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years night shift leadership experience in corporate logistics
