Responsibilities
- Oversee 24/7 IT infrastructure operations including cloud services and data centers
- Coordinate incident response and disaster recovery protocols during night shift
- Lead a team of 5-7 engineers through daily operational tasks and on-call rotations
- Implement automation tools to optimize system monitoring and alerting
- Generate executive reports on system performance and operational metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and knowledge transfer

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in IT operations with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and infrastructure automation
- Strong incident management and problem-solving skills
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
