- Supervise 15-20 night shift personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse workflows to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for inventory management and order fulfillment
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Act as primary point of contact for urgent client escalations during night hours
- Prepare daily performance reports and shift handover documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supervisory roles within warehouse or distribution environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in fast-paced settings
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management credentials
