- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Manage incident response, crisis resolution, and emergency procedures during off-hours
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless transition and operational continuity

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate operations with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Proven track record in process optimization and team management
