Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Implement and optimize safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with day shift operations for seamless workflow handoffs
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency by 15%+
- Manage inventory accuracy and reconciliation with ERP systems
- Respond to urgent operational issues and make real-time decisions to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of warehouse operations management experience with night shift leadership
- Strong proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse automation
- OSHA certification and proven safety program implementation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with labor law compliance and union environments preferred
