Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics activities during night shift operations
- Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems and automated sorting equipment
- Conduct quality assurance checks and process compliance audits
- Train and mentor new night shift team members
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred
