Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize operational systems during overnight hours to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for emergency response and incident resolution
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and analytics for leadership review
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements during night shifts
- Train and mentor new night shift team members on operational protocols
- Ensure compliance with all corporate security and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate night shift operations or logistics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software (SAP, Jira)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, overnight environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for shift handovers
