Responsibilities
- Oversee end-of-day financial reconciliation and system shutdown protocols
- Manage inventory audits and logistics coordination for next-day delivery
- Execute data entry and reporting tasks with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications during overnight operations
- Monitor security systems and emergency response procedures
- Train and mentor new night shift team members
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for overnight workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate operations, logistics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
