- Process high-volume shipment data with 99.9% accuracy using proprietary software
- Resolve urgent operational escalations and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Train new night shift team members on operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics/operations
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for facility access)
