Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise technology initiatives during night shift hours
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, and operations to ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and provide nightly status updates to executive stakeholders
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor contracts to optimize project outcomes
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive iterative progress and quality

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or remote coordination
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale IT projects on time and within budget
