Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles during night shift operations, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate with international teams across 3 time zones to align on milestones and deliverables
- Implement agile methodologies and Jira workflows for sprint planning and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional standups and retrospectives while maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing real-time updates to executive stakeholders
- Resolve escalated issues and implement contingency plans for operational disruptions
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the night shift team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, or related field (MBA or PMP preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with night shift or remote team leadership
- Expert proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Asana with agile/scrum certifications
- Proven track record managing complex IT infrastructure or SaaS development projects
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills with experience in global team environments
- Advanced analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making and risk assessment
- Strong conflict resolution skills with ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site requirements during off-hours
