Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project lifecycles from initiation to closure
- Lead cross-functional teams (development, operations, QA) during night shifts
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality deliverables
- Coordinate with offshore teams for seamless global project integration
- Implement PMO best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with night shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, and collaboration tools
- Proven success in managing complex IT infrastructure or software projects
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder alignment
- Experience with ISO 27001 compliance and security protocols
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, self-directed work environments
