Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles during night shift operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate resources and dependencies across global teams in APAC, EMEA, and Americas
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver milestones on tight deadlines
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues to stakeholders
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including status reports, risk assessments, and post-mortems
- Maintain JIRA, Confluence, and Asana systems for real-time project tracking
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or rotational roles
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expert proficiency in JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, and stakeholder management tools
- Proven track record delivering complex IT infrastructure or software development projects
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and thrive in autonomous overnight environments
