Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level IT deployments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 3 time zones during overnight sprints
- Execute risk mitigation strategies and maintain $500K+ project budgets
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with nightly stand-ups and retrospectives
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and executive dashboards
- Leverage Jira, MS Project, and Confluence for real-time progress tracking
- Ensure SLA compliance and stakeholder communication through nightly reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing IT infrastructure or software development projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven experience leading night shift or global distributed teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical dependencies
- Exceptional written communication for overnight stakeholder updates
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal daytime supervision
