Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for cloud infrastructure deployments during night shifts
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and QA departments
- Implement Agile methodologies with daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M and track ROI metrics
- Resolve critical blockers and escalate risks to C-suite stakeholders
- Produce detailed project documentation including Gantt charts and risk assessments
- Facilitate client communication across time zones during business hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP or CPM certification
- Proven track record managing enterprise-scale tech projects in night-shift environments
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall hybrid models
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience leading remote teams across multiple time zones
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- PMI-ACP or Scrum Master certification preferred
