Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for night shift operations, ensuring timely delivery of complex technical initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across global time zones using agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence platforms
- Develop detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation models for night shift deployments
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions during night shift hours
- Monitor KPIs and project dashboards, implementing corrective actions to maintain quality standards
- Stakeholder management with executive leadership and external partners across APAC/EMEA regions
- Continuous process improvement for night shift workflows using Lean Six Sigma principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT/software projects with 2+ years in night shift or global team leadership
- PMP or CSM certification required with proven agile/scrum implementation expertise
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Asana, and enterprise collaboration tools
- Exceptional communication skills with experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in risk management and contingency planning
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of $1M+ projects with 95%+ on-time completion rate
