Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations to ensure alignment during night shifts.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to keep the team on schedule.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and stakeholder reporting to provide transparency on project status and risk management.
- Manage budgets, resources, and scope changes to ensure projects remain financially viable.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, even during off-hours.
Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or Software industry.
- Proven track record of managing projects in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
