Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for software development initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and design teams
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Implement Agile methodologies and track progress via Jira
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews during night shift
- Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive mitigation strategies
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience leading remote/distributed teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (7 PM - 7 AM)
