Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise technology deployments during overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate with offshore development teams and US-based stakeholders across time zones
- Implement agile methodologies to deliver infrastructure and software projects on aggressive deadlines
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks while maintaining Jira/Confluence documentation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives during overnight operations windows
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security protocols during sensitive data migrations
- Present progress reports to executive leadership during morning handoff meetings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Proven track record leading IT infrastructure or software development projects
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira/Asana tools
- Experience managing offshore/onshore teams across multiple time zones
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and contingency planning
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for status reports and stakeholder updates
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
