Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise software deployments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows and maintain real-time project dashboards
- Stakeholder communication with C-level executives and international partners
- Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation retrospectives
- Mentor junior PMs and cultivate high-performing remote teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years project management experience with 2+ years in night shift operations
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies and cloud migration projects
