Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise-level software deployments
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across 3 time zones during overnight shifts
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage $2M+ budgets with precise financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives ensuring team alignment and continuous improvement
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows for transparent project tracking and documentation
- Act as primary liaison between US and APAC teams during overnight coverage windows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- PMP or CSM certification mandatory
- Proven track record delivering enterprise software projects with budgets over $1M
- Expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and enterprise collaboration tools
- Experience with Detroit-based manufacturing or automotive tech ecosystems preferred
- Ability to make critical decisions with limited overnight supervision
