Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, operations, and quality assurance departments
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to budget constraints
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status updates and progress reports
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize team efficiency and project delivery
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience with night shift or flexible schedule background
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams in technology environments
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience
