Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Implement agile methodologies to deliver complex tech initiatives with 99.9% uptime requirements
- Manage project risks through proactive mitigation strategies and real-time contingency planning
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across global time zones via virtual collaboration tools
- Drive process optimization using Jira, Asana, and MS Project for resource allocation and timeline management
- Generate executive dashboards tracking KPIs including burn rate, sprint velocity, and milestone completion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or cloud infrastructure deployments
- PMP or CSM certification with active status
- Proven track record leading 24/7 operations teams in high-pressure environments
- Expertise in risk management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, ISO 31000)
