Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to execution during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones to ensure alignment and deliverables
- Implement Agile methodologies and track KPIs using Jira/Asana
- Manage stakeholder communications through daily stand-ups and weekly reports
- Resolve project bottlenecks and implement risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with night shift exposure
