Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for cloud migration and system upgrades during night shift hours
- Coordinate 8-12 member cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure domains
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with daily standups and retrospectives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Jira and Asana
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for critical path dependencies
- Serve as primary stakeholder liaison for executive leadership and external vendors
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and performance dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or 24/7 environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with track record of delivering complex IT projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to lead remote teams across time zones
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and enterprise-scale deployments
