Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 3 time zones during night shift operations
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Manage $500K+ budgets and resource allocation for night shift projects
- Conduct risk mitigation planning and change management processes
- Generate executive reports and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior PMs and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with 2+ years in night shift/rotational schedules
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning
- Strong proficiency in collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Confluence)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication for global teams
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business
