Responsibilities
- Lead Night Operations: Directly manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for our night shift teams, ensuring 100% on-time completion of critical tasks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during off-hours, providing clear status updates and risk assessments.
- Agile & Scrum Mastery: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives tailored to the night shift schedule to maintain team momentum.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or technical risks in the night operations and implement mitigation strategies immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the final review and deployment processes to ensure all deliverables meet Apex's high standards before the morning handover.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of managing complex technical projects.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work Night Shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master Certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and project management software tools.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Denver, Colorado area.
