Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for tech infrastructure deployments during night shifts (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Coordinate with global teams across 3 time zones using agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Manage risk mitigation strategies for critical system upgrades during off-peak hours
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives using Zoom and MS Teams
- Generate executive-level dashboards and status reports for morning leadership reviews
- Optimize resource allocation for overnight sprints and maintenance windows
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 protocols during nighttime operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with 2+ years in night shift or rotational schedules
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Scrum/Kanban with experience leading distributed teams
- Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and resource management tools
- Strong background in IT infrastructure or SaaS delivery environments
- Exceptional written communication for async documentation and reporting
- Experience with budget management for $500K+ project portfolios
- Ability to make autonomous decisions during off-peak operational windows
