Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive operational strategies to drive efficiency and reduce costs across the organization.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure all departmental needs are met within financial constraints.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are adhered to; prepare detailed operational reports for executive leadership.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar corporate role.
- Skills: Proven track record of process improvement and team leadership. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex operational challenges.
