Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and UML diagrams using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support business case development.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Tools: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
