Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and use cases to visualize current and future state workflows.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication.
- Solution Assessment: Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility of proposed solutions and recommend best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management and requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
