Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear business objectives and technical specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to guide development teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to track project progress and business health.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholders are aligned on project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
