Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Document business processes using Visio, Lucidchart, and other visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and business needs
- Prepare comprehensive business cases with ROI projections
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with fintech or SaaS exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating process improvement initiatives
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
