Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Create process flows, wireframes, and user stories for system improvements
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project goals and deliverables
- Perform gap analysis between current state and desired business outcomes
- Document findings in clear, concise reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
