Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Business Analyst and drive impactful change through data-driven insights. This hybrid role (3 days/week onsite in Detroit) offers flexibility while allowing you to shape business strategy for Fortune 500 clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Document requirements and create detailed process flows using Visio/BPMN
- Develop KPI dashboards and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Support UAT testing and implementation of system enhancements
- Maintain JIRA tickets and track project milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
