Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate business needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Translate complex requirements into clear specifications for technical teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time/full-time flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in UML/SW modeling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
