Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Document requirements and create detailed user stories for development teams
- Develop and maintain data models to support KPI tracking and reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Translate technical findings into executive-level recommendations
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization tools
- Strong documentation skills with experience creating BRDs and process flows
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
