Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and process flows
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document meeting outcomes
- Create visual dashboards and KPI reports for executive leadership
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Develop process improvement frameworks using BPMN notation
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with financial systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and data visualization tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or AgileBA) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience documenting As-Is/To-Be processes
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven recommendations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
