Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, goals, and processes, translating them into functional requirements and specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and market research to support strategic planning and product development initiatives.
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and user stories using industry-standard tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment across all departments.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired future states to recommend process improvements.
- Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis, data analysis, or consulting role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), SQL, and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
