Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, and Jira
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions
- Support data analysis initiatives using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to generate actionable insights
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, MoSCoW)
- Expertise in process modeling and documentation tools (BPMN, UML)
- Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and analyze datasets
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
