Responsibilities

- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Facilitate workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for client reporting
- Validate test cases and ensure solution delivery meets business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with software development projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
