Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed requirement documents and process flow diagrams
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL/Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business needs
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with data modeling tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
