You'll drive process improvements through meticulous requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration while working 20-25 hours weekly. Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends
- Create process flows, wireframes, and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Develop test cases and validate solutions against business requirements
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for decision-makers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with requirement documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement artifacts and process improvements
