Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to visualize key performance indicators
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions against business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
