Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and process flows
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training support
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data stories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time/freelance exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (BRDs, process maps, wireframes)
