Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data-driven insights
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, flowcharts, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure business outcomes
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Support system implementations and change management initiatives
- Maintain stakeholder alignment through regular progress updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience (part-time acceptable)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
